Dramawave Subscription Active but Movies Locked Despite Paid Access

I have an active paid subscription with Dramawave, but I cannot enjoy it because many of the movies are still locked even though my subscription promises full access. This issue started today. When I try to watch movies, they appear as locked instead of being available as included in my plan. I contacted Dramawave customer support about this, but I did not receive any clear response or solution, even though I have already paid more than P200 for this subscription. I request that all movies included in my subscription be unlocked as described in the subscription terms so that I can use the service I paid for.
