DramaWave Not Taking My Payment So I Can Be A VIP And Watch All Of The Shows

I have been trying to purchase a VIP subscription on the Dramawave app since 09/11/26 and, despite attempting around six times up to today, I still cannot complete the payment. When I select the Visa option, the app shows an error message, and when I select Google Pay nothing happens at all and the process does not continue. I also tried to explain this situation to your customer support, but I did not receive a clear or helpful response and my issue remains unresolved. I kindly request that you urgently fix this payment issue so that my card and Google Pay can be used properly, allow me to purchase the VIP subscription, and watch the shows I want without any further problems.
