DramaBox Subscription Cannot Be Canceled

I have been a Drama Box user for about one month and I want to unsubscribe, but today I realized that I cannot find any button or option to cancel my membership. I am accessing my Drama Box account and membership screen, but there is no clear way to stop the subscription. My subscription is paid by credit card and I do not want it to renew or be charged again. I am sharing my account details and screenshots in the attachments so that you can review my membership status. I request that my Drama Box subscription be cancelled immediately and that no further payments be taken from my credit card. I also kindly ask you to send confirmation by e‑mail once the cancellation has been completed.
