Dramabox Cancellation Request

I have an ongoing problem with my Dramabox subscription. I am being charged directly by Dramabox on my credit card, but the subscription does not appear anywhere in my Apple subscriptions section, so I am unable to cancel it through Apple. Despite checking my Apple ID subscriptions carefully, Dramabox is not listed there, while the charges continue to appear as “Dramabox” on my credit card statement. Because the subscription is invisible in my Apple account, I have no way to manage or stop these payments myself. I request the immediate cancellation of my Dramabox subscription and the stopping of all further charges to my credit card without any additional steps required from my side.
