My Dragon Money Account Was Blocked After Winning $50,000
I am writing regarding the blocking of my account on the Dragon Money website drgn56.casino and the non‑payment of my winnings in the amount of 3.7 million rubles (approximately 45,000 dollars) from my main account with ID 803***. I have been actively playing on this account for about 7 months, regularly making deposits, with the total amount of deposits exceeding 100,000 rubles. Previously, I have successfully withdrawn funds from this same account, including a withdrawal of 50,000 rubles a few months ago, without any issues or claims from the platform. On June 14, after I won 3.7 million rubles (approximately 45,000 dollars) and requested a withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked. The withdrawal itself was not rejected in the interface; instead, access to the account was simply blocked. After that, I went through verification, and support informed me that the reason for the block was allegedly the presence of multiple accounts. I have always used only my main account with my ID for deposits and withdrawals. All replenishments were made exclusively to this account, and no other accounts used my payment details. I do not remember intentionally creating any other accounts. The only theoretical possibility is that many years ago, when I was a child, I may have accidentally registered something and forgotten about it, but I did not use any other profiles for deposits, withdrawals, or gambling after reaching adulthood. After receiving the information about “multiple accounts”, I repeatedly contacted Dragon Money support through all available channels and asked them to provide at least some specific data about these alleged other accounts, such as IDs or any other evidence that they are indeed mine. My request for clarification and proof was simply ignored. Initially, support only repeated that I was blocked for “multiple accounts”, and then they stopped responding at all. I consider this situation unfair, since I played on one active account for a long time, deposited large sums, previously withdrew money without problems, and fulfilled the verification requirements, and only after a large win my account was blocked without providing any clear and verifiable justification. I did not engage in any fraud or abuse of the system, nor did I deliberately create or use multiple accounts to gain any advantages. I respectfully request that my case be reconsidered, that a transparent and reasoned explanation be provided, and that my legitimate winnings in the amount of 3.7 million rubles (approximately 45,000 dollars) from account ID be paid in full.
