Unauthorized Removal of My Phone Number From Discord Account

A verification code was sent to the phone number linked to my Discord account today. Shortly after, I received an email informing me that the phone number had been removed from my account. I have now been notified that my number is linked to a different account, and I can no longer receive codes to my phone. If this incident was caused by a security breach, I hereby disclaim all responsibility. I would like to formally state that my personal phone number is no longer under my control for use with Discord.
