David Walker Fragrance Codes E154 and E155 Suffer Drastic Longevity Drop
I have been a loyal customer using David Walker perfumes with codes E154 and E155 for years. In the past, these fragrances would last all day and had noticeable projection. However, with the last two bottles I purchased on August 4 from your Eskişehir Espark branch, the longevity has dropped to practically zero—it feels as though I am spraying plain water, with almost no scent detectable at all.
Experiencing such a drastic drop in performance from a brand I have been satisfied with for so long is deeply disappointing. I request to be informed whether there has been a change in the product formulation or manufacturing process, and I ask for a permanent, satisfying resolution to fix this grievance.
To preserve my trust in your brand, I demand that these products be inspected against your previous quality standards, that a formal explanation regarding this issue be provided to me, and that appropriate corrective action be taken.
