Dating.com Charged Me Twice Without Consent After One-Time Signup

Dating.com withdrew ₺426 from my card without my knowledge or permission. I signed up for what was supposed to be a one-time membership, yet they somehow turned it into a recurring subscription and started charging me monthly.

This isn’t just a mistake—it’s happened twice now. I didn’t authorize any ongoing payments, and I was never clearly informed that the one-time access would turn into a paid subscription. There was no warning, no email, and no confirmation. They just quietly took the money from my account.

This kind of billing without consent is unacceptable. I want both charges refunded immediately. I didn’t agree to this, and I shouldn’t have to keep chasing down my own money because of sneaky payment practices.
