CVwizard kept billing me after trial ended, how can I remove my card details safely?

You can’t directly remove your card details on CVwizard once a paid subscription is active — instead you must cancel the subscription first.

According to their FAQ, log in, go to Settings → “Cancel Subscription” and receive a confirmation email.

After cancellation, you can request removal of card details by using their contact form: submit your request via Contact us on their website, state you’d like your payment method removed and confirm your account cancellation.

If CVwizard continues billing you or retains your payment method against your wishes, file your complaint on Xolvie to bring attention to the issue.
