Critical Ops 2-Day Suspension Error Recovery Request

In Critical Ops, I received a 2-day suspension on my Xiaomi 13 PDO phone because of something that happened about five minutes ago. During the match, I accidentally threw fire, and one of my teammates intentionally walked into it and died. Right after that, a “banned” message appeared, and my account was suspended for 2 days. The in-game notice said: “Unsportsmanlike behavior, aggression.”

The incident was completely accidental, and I did not act intentionally. My username is Eren250sr. I have never contacted customer support about anything like this before.

I request that this suspension be lifted immediately; otherwise, I’m considering deleting the game.
