Clinique Makeup Remover Bottle Stuck and Cannot Be Opened

On September 6, 2026, I purchased Clinique Take The Day Off makeup remover from The Cosmetics Company Store. When I first tried to open the product, the cap would not open at all, so I was unable to use the product. I believe there may be a manufacturing-related issue with the cap.

I have not contacted either the store or the brand about this issue yet, as I wanted to report it here first. I request that the unusable product be replaced with a new one. I would appreciate having this issue resolved as quickly as possible.
