I Never Approved a ClarityCheck Subscription but Was Charged $36
On 04/29/2026, after attempting to make an online purchase through a company called ClarityCheck, approximately $36 was withdrawn from my Akbank account without my knowledge or approval. I later discovered that this amount had been charged from my account without receiving any confirmation, SMS verification, or prior notification.
I never requested to start any subscription, recurring payment instruction, or similar membership with ClarityCheck. Despite this, money was withdrawn from my account without authorization, which has caused both financial inconvenience and serious security concerns.
I request that the approximately $36 withdrawn without my permission be refunded to me as soon as possible. I also demand that any subscription or membership associated with my name be completely canceled immediately. In addition, I want to receive a written explanation regarding how and for what reason this transaction was processed without my approval.
