Wrongful Underage Ban - Chatroulette

I am writing regarding a wrongful underage ban applied to my access to the Chatroulette website today. While using the site with my camera on and simply chatting, I was suddenly banned around six hours ago. The justification shown was that I am under 18, even though I am in fact over 18 and will be turning 19 in 9 days. This is my first ever ban on the platform and I believe it was applied in error. Right after the ban, I sent an email to Chatroulette support. They replied once saying they would do something about the situation, but since then nothing has changed and the ban is still active. I also tried following up to ask about the progress on my case, but I did not receive any further response. I kindly request that you review my case again as a wrongful underage ban, correctly take my age information into account, and lift the ban on my access to the Chatroulette website as soon as possible.
