I Face Content Restriction While Writing Stories on ChatGPT

I have been using the ChatGPT service to write creative stories, and sometimes these stories include +18 themes. However, every time I try to develop such content, I receive a warning stating that it violates the platform's rules and policies. As a paying user, I expect to have more flexibility in how I use the service for my personal creative writing.

Additionally, I have noticed inconsistent behavior from ChatGPT. On several occasions, the AI gave me certain assurances during the writing process, but later it completely disregarded those instructions. This has disrupted my workflow and caused frustration when trying to complete my stories.

I kindly request that the necessary adjustments be made to either allow creative freedom in writing fictional content within a personal and non-harmful context or clearly define the limitations without confusing feedback. If such content is not permitted, the system should explain it more transparently. I also ask that the AI’s response consistency be improved to avoid contradicting its own guidance.

Please address this matter and enhance the user experience accordingly.
