ChatGPT Keeps Asking the Same Questions Despite My Confirmations

I’ve been using ChatGPT for free through Google Chrome. In my last two or three conversations, I’ve noticed that during chats, ChatGPT keeps asking me the same question over and over again — even after I’ve already provided and confirmed the requested information. Despite giving complete answers and confirmations, it repeatedly asks for the same approval, which wastes time and unnecessarily prolongs the conversation. This issue has been happening quite frequently lately.

Other than the repeated questions, I haven’t experienced any other problems. However, I would like this issue to be fixed and the overall user experience improved.
