Ask them to;
• Cancel the subscription immediately on their end
• Disable auto-renewal and confirm billing is stopped
• Refund any unwanted or unauthorized charges
If the problem persists;
• Keep all emails, screenshots, and payment records
• Cancel the subscription directly via the App Store / Google Play / payment provider used
• Contact your bank or card issuer to block the merchant and dispute charges
