Please Recover My Chamet ID

I am writing about a serious problem I am experiencing with my Chamet account, which I deleted by mistake and have been trying to recover for about a year. My Chamet ID is 10869** and the account name is “Mr_nikku25”. This account is linked to the email address nikujo***[email protected] and the phone number 9521461***. I had used this account actively and had also spent money on it by purchasing recharges several times. After deleting the account, I realized I needed it again and tried to recover it through the application and support channels. I also sent an email to Chamet support and clearly requested that my account be restored. However, I was informed that my account “will not be recovered” and the in‑app message now says that the account was deleted on 04.10.2025 and cannot be restored anymore. I am very disappointed by this response because this account is important for me and I have invested both time and money into it. I kindly request a detailed review of my case and, if technically possible, the full recovery of my Chamet account and the reactivation of all my previous data and purchases. If recovery is claimed to be impossible, I would like a clear and transparent explanation of the reason and what alternative solution you can offer. I expect Chamet to support me in resolving this issue and to help me regain access to my account.
