Chamet Account Hacked and Gmail Address Changed

My Chamet account was taken over through my Gmail address at around 11:40 PM on September 9, 2026. The hacker changed the Gmail address linked to my account, so I am currently unable to use my account normally. The phone number registered to my account, +91 86575 71247, and my facial verification are still associated with me. However, the system now warns that I can receive messages a maximum of five times per day, and because more than five OTPs are being sent to my number each day, I am unable to access the app properly.

My account was previously registered under the name “challengers,” with India listed as the location and the account at Level 9. The profile information has since been changed by the hacker. The account had more than 800,000 consumption Diamonds, and the person who took over my account is currently using these Diamonds. Although I contacted the Chamet team through in-app support, I have not received any response.

I request that Chamet reset all login information associated with this account and return the account to me based on my registered phone number and facial verification, while immediately cutting off the hacker’s access. If it is technically impossible to securely transfer the account back to me, I request that the account be permanently deleted and that the necessary steps be taken to allow me to create a new account using my phone number.
