Recover Chamet Account From Hacker

I am a user of the Chamet application and my account with ID 56396*** has been hacked and taken over by someone else. This person changed the Gmail address linked to my account, and since then I have lost control of it even though my mobile number and face verification belong to me. My original email registered to the account was hk5095***@gmail.com. On 9 September 2026 at around 23:40, I started receiving one‑time passwords (OTP) repeatedly, more than five times a day, and after that I was no longer able to log in. Now the system shows that I can only receive up to 5 messages in one day, and I am blocked from accessing my own account while someone else uses it with their Gmail. I request that my Chamet account e secured and that full access be restored to me as the rightful owner. I want the unauthorized Gmail that was added by the hacker to be removed, my own contact information to be re‑linked, and any necessary security checks (such as face verification and phone verification) to be done so that I can use my account safely again.
