I Can’t Install CarX Street on My Tecno Pova Neo 2 Despite Android 12 Compatibility

I’m extremely frustrated with CarX Street because I cannot install the game on my Tecno Pova Neo 2, even though it runs on Android 12. According to the game's listing, it should be compatible with Android 9 and above, so there’s no valid reason for this issue. When I try to download it from Google Play, it says, “This device isn’t compatible with this version,” which makes absolutely no sense. My device meets all the necessary requirements, and yet I’m locked out of the game for no apparent reason. I’ve waited for an update that might fix the compatibility, but nothing has changed. This needs to be addressed immediately. I demand proper support so I can play the game like everyone else.
