Camper Orders Delayed and Poor Customer Service Experience

It seems that Camper is either unaware of or choosing to ignore the ongoing issues in Turkey. Everything goes smoothly until the order is placed — but once it’s done, the problems begin. Customer service provides no proper updates, shipments are frequently delayed, and the lack of communication severely damages trust in your brand. This situation is causing significant harm to Camper’s image in Turkey. To be honest, I have lost my enthusiasm for Camper. Whenever I hear your brand’s name, I immediately associate it with problems and poor management. I kindly ask that this feedback be shared with your local marketing or brand representative. If no concrete solution is provided, I will no longer purchase or support Camper products.
