Calvin Klein Sneakers Sole Tore After Limited Use

I purchased a pair of Calvin Klein sneakers from an Özdilek store in November 2025. I had been using the shoes occasionally for approximately 8–9 months, so they were not subjected to heavy or intensive use. Today, while I was outside, I noticed that my feet were getting wet. When I checked the bottom of the shoes, I discovered deep tears in the soles of both shoes.
I paid approximately $102–$122 for these shoes from a brand like Calvin Klein. For the soles to become severely damaged in this manner within such a short period of time, despite such limited use, is unacceptable and does not reflect the quality or durability expected from the product. Using the shoes in their current condition is also negatively affecting my comfort and making the product unsuitable for its intended purpose.
I request that the product be inspected and, if determined to be defective, be treated as a defective product and either replaced or refunded in full. I kindly request that the inconvenience I have experienced be resolved as soon as possible.
