Dear Call of Duty: Mobile Support,
On July 23, 2025, around 11:30 PM, I was playing a ranked match when the game suddenly crashed on its own. I did not intentionally leave the match—my phone (Oppo A54 running Android 11) began lagging heavily, and the app shut down without warning. Despite this being a technical issue, my ranked points were unfairly deducted.
My Player ID is 6815394559498387457, and this occurred during a standard ranked match. I’ve never encountered such an abrupt crash before, and I find it deeply frustrating that I’m being penalized for something beyond my control.
I respectfully request that my lost points be reinstated and that the development team investigate and address these stability issues on Android devices—especially during competitive gameplay. Players shouldn’t have to fear losing rank due to app crashes that aren’t their fault. Please take immediate action to resolve this and improve the experience for loyal players like me.
