My Bumpy Account Has Strictly Got Banned
My Bumpy account linked to the email address ravivagha***[email protected] has a serious visibility problem that has still not been resolved. When I first joined Bumpy via the Android app, everything worked normally and I was getting views and matches every day. After using the app for about 17–18 days, around May, my account suddenly stopped getting any views, likes or matches, as if it had been shadow banned. To try to fix this, I upgraded to a Gold subscription through Google Play and paid approximately 210 INR. Despite this paid upgrade, my profile continued to receive no interaction at all. Later, I deleted my account and the Bumpy app, waited around three months and tried again, but nothing changed. After nearly four months, I even created a completely new Bumpy account with a different email address. However, this new account had the same problem from the very beginning and did not receive any views, likes or matches at all, which makes me think there is some kind of restriction or shadow ban being applied to my profile or device. I contacted Bumpy Support by email but have not received any response so far. I am very disappointed, especially because I paid for the Gold subscription and did not receive any benefit from it. I kindly request that my accounts and profiles be checked in detail, that any shadow ban or visibility restriction on my profile or device be removed, and that I either receive a clear and permanent solution or a refund for the Gold subscription that did not work as expected.
