Bumpy Gold Account Shadow Banned Without Explanation - Urgent Review Request

I am a Bumpy Gold user and my account linked to the email address leonard***[email protected] appears to have been shadow banned without any explanation. Until today my messages, likes and other interactions were working normally, but suddenly I stopped getting any views or engagement and it looks like my activity is being limited invisibly. There is no warning or violation notice in the app and I have not received any message explaining a restriction or penalty. I contacted Bumpy support about this issue, but I have not received any response so far. As a paying Gold member, I find it unfair that my account can be restricted without a clear reason or communication. I kindly request that my account be checked urgently, that any shadow ban or hidden restriction be removed if there is no valid reason, and that I be informed clearly if there is a specific justification for this action.
