Restrictions On The Use Of Bumpy Accounts

I am a user of the Bumpy application, which I downloaded from the Play Store, and since Tuesday at around 6 a.m. I have been experiencing serious problems with my account. For the last three days there has been no activity on my profile: I do not get any profile views, I cannot send messages, and I cannot make new friends through the app. At the same time, the photo verification feature keeps repeating and never completes successfully, so my verification process appears to be stuck. These issues are still ongoing and prevent me from using Bumpy normally. I kindly request that my account be checked in detail, that any possible restriction or technical error be removed, and that my profile activity and photo verification be restored so that I can use Bumpy as usual again.
