Bumpy Premium Shadow Ban & Account Suspension – No Matches or Support

I have been experiencing serious problems with the Bumpy international dating app for several months, despite having paid for a premium subscription on my Android device. Each time I set up my profile and complete the profile verification, my account ends up either suspended or effectively shadow banned with no clear reason and no visibility. I do not receive likes, matches, bumps or any engagement at all, which is not consistent with what is promised for a paid premium service. I paid approximately 25.99 USD plus tax, around 28 USD in total, for the premium subscription. Because of the ongoing suspension and shadow ban issues and the lack of visibility, I cancelled my subscription about a month ago. During this entire period, I tried to reach Bumpy support multiple times by email, but I never received any response or explanation for the bans or the lack of visibility. I request that my Bumpy account be reactivated with full and normal visibility in line with the premium service I paid for, and that I am given a clear explanation of why my account was repeatedly suspended or shadow banned despite profile verification and compliance with the rules. I also expect you to review the period during which I had no visibility and compensate me appropriately for a service that did not function as advertised.
