Hello Bumpy Support, My Bumpy account on the iOS app is not working properly. I am unable to send or receive messages and requests. When I try to send a request or message, it does not go through correctly, and I am also not receiving any messages or requests from other users. I have already tried updating the app and logging out and logging in again, but the problem continues in the same way. I kindly request you to check my account and fix this issue as soon as possible. Thank you.
