Bumpy Has Stopped Delivering My Messages and Requests

For the last three days I have not been able to receive messages or any kind of requests through the Bumpi messaging service. The application does not show any error or warning, but the messages and requests simply do not arrive. I do not know if I have unknowingly committed any fault or if my account has some kind of limitation, but if that is the case I apologise, as it was never my intention to break the rules. I would like my account to be reviewed and for the reception of messages and requests to be reactivated so that I can use the service normally again, or to be clearly informed of the reason for this restriction if there is one. I kindly request that this problem be checked and resolved as soon as possible, as it prevents me from using Bumpi messaging in a normal way.
