Unlock Request for Brawl Stars Account Unanswered by Support

Hello there, I just asked for my Brawl Stars account to be locked, and they did it without any problems. However, I'm really frustrated because I've been trying to get my account unlocked, but I haven't heard back from the support team at all. It's been a whole week since I first reached out, and I still haven't received a response. I've also reached out to them from 4-5 different accounts, but I haven't received any response whatsoever.
