Bovada Disabled My Account for a Simple Phone Number Update and Won’t Fix It

How annoying Bovada has been makes me incredulous. Simply trying to update my phone number caused my account to be disabled—something that ought to be easy and basic. I immediately sent my ID and a photo of myself for verification as asked. Everything would be fixed and the entire process would take 24 to 48 hours, I was advised. Over ten days have passed now, and my account remains suspended. For anything as simple as a phone number update, all this trouble is worth? It's absurd. Enough of this horrible sensation has passed through me. I will be paying my money to a platform that truly values its clients after I am done waiting around for them to repair this.
