We purchased the Bosch WQG244C1TR 9KG heat pump dryer from Teknosa on November 13, 2023. After having it professionally installed by an authorized service on December 22, 2023, we began using it. However, we soon noticed that the condensation container never collected any water during usage. After about four drying cycles with a persistently dry container, we contacted the authorized service.
The service team identified a clog in the pump and performed repairs, allowing us to resume using the supposedly brand-new machine. Yet, on the very first use after clearing the pump, we discovered water leaking from the door. Additionally, the machine started displaying the 'cre' maintenance alert, a signal that typically appears after prolonged use. Disappointed by this troublesome experience within a week, I consider this Bosch dryer as a defective product. I demand a replacement or a refund, and I will continue documenting this process here.
