Bosch Unlimited 7 Plastic Parts Broke After Only 1.5 Years Of Use

I purchased a Bosch Unlimited 7 cordless vacuum cleaner with model/E-Nr BBS711AA/01 from idefix (Türkiye) on 8 January 2025, and the product is still under warranty. Despite the relatively short period of use, several plastic parts of the dust container and the connection points between the dust container and the main body have broken and cracked. As can be seen in the attached photos, the damage particularly affects the areas where the dust container attaches to and is secured to the vacuum cleaner. I chose Bosch because of its reputation for quality, durability, and reliability, so I am very disappointed to experience this level of deterioration and breakage after approximately 1.5 years of normal household use. In my opinion, components that are regularly attached, removed, and subjected to normal operational stress should be designed to withstand everyday use for considerably longer than this. I have already submitted an official request to Bosch Türkiye regarding this issue via their contact form and requested a technical inspection of the product, but I have not yet received any customer, service, complaint, or reference number in return. Since my vacuum cleaner is still within its warranty period, I kindly request that Bosch inspect the damaged components, determine the technical cause of the breakage, and replace the damaged dust container and relevant body/connection parts free of charge under warranty. I expect Bosch to stand behind the quality and durability associated with its brand and provide an appropriate solution to this issue.
