Bosch Ultimate 7 Vacuum Cleaner Lock Piece Not Available Separately

For a long time I have been using a Bosch Ultimate 7 upright vacuum cleaner. About two days ago, the small lock piece inside the mechanism that holds the pipe to the lower head broke. As this piece broke, the pipe can no longer be fixed to the lower head and the product cannot be used properly, even though the lower head itself is working. I contacted Bosch authorised service about this part. I was told that this lock piece is not sold as a single spare part and that it can only be supplied together with the entire lower head assembly, with a price of over ₺3,000. However, the faulty part is just a small, half‑moon–shaped plastic piece that can be removed and refitted, and the rest of the device, including the lower head, is functional. I find it unacceptable that I should virtually throw away a working product or incur such a high cost just because this tiny piece is not sold separately. Even though my device may be out of warranty because it was bought a long time ago, I expect Bosch to offer a reasonable and fair solution. I request that this small broken lock piece be supplied as a spare part on its own and made available for sale, or that an appropriate support be provided so that I do not have to pay over ₺3,000 for a fully working lower head just for this minimal plastic part.
