About one month ago, I purchased a Bosch TCG3323 toaster machine from the Bosch store in Gebze Center AVM. When I used it for the first time today to make toast, I realized that there is no locking feature on the lid and the upper cover remains in the air during use. Because the lid does not lock and cannot be fixed in a closed position, it does not press the bread properly and I cannot use the device as a normal toaster. Since the product does not meet my expectations in this state and I cannot use it efficiently as a toaster, I request a refund for the Bosch TCG3323 model I purchased. I kindly ask you to process my refund based on my invoice and to assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
