Bosch Dishwasher SMS44DI01T Front Panel Corrosion After 4.5 Years of Use

Approximately 4.5 years ago, I purchased a Bosch dishwasher with the model code SMS44DI01T, and corrosion has started to appear on its front panel. Since the affected area is not prone to impact and the corrosion has started on both sides, it seems the root cause could be insufficient surface cleaning (e.g., degreasing) prior to coating, leading to weak adhesion or inadequate coating thickness. Additionally, I have not experienced a similar issue with the dishwasher and washing machine I purchased as a set. Despite the expired warranty period, I contacted the brand via email as I believe this is a manufacturing defect. Still, they responded that they could not take any action due to the expired warranty. I believe brands should stand by users in cases of manufacturing or design defects throughout the product's lifespan, regardless of warranty status. Therefore, I wanted to express my issue here as well. I expect support for a free inspection of the problem and, if it is manufacturer-related, for a free repair.
I still haven't received a positive response. They are both rejecting my request for service or review and telling me that they don't have such a procedure even though I asked for a written response. A company this corporate only has customer service that works by phone!
