Bizbox Pro Charges Credit Card Twice Without Authorization

Bizbox Pro has charged my credit card for the second time without my knowledge. I did not notice the first charge either, and I am requesting a refund for both transactions. As the cardholder, I want this charge to be reversed before I have to initiate a dispute with my bank. I do not know why this is happening.
