I Face Sell Restrictions on Nero in My Bitget Wallet Despite Successful Purchase
I purchased Nero through my Bitget Wallet account, but now I can’t sell it—no matter what I try. If you allow users to buy a token on your platform, there should be absolutely no reason why they can’t sell it just as easily. This makes no sense and raises serious concerns about transparency and trust.
I invested in this token believing Bitget was a reliable platform. But after this experience, I seriously regret switching to Bitget Wallet. I feel stuck, and my funds are essentially frozen without any clear explanation. I demand immediate access to sell my Nero tokens and withdraw my money.
If this issue isn’t resolved promptly, I will escalate it by filing a complaint with CİMER. People put their trust in platforms like yours, and you have a responsibility not to take advantage of that. Don’t leave your users in the dark—do the right thing and fix this now.
