Bitget Support Stays Silent for Days Over a Simple 2FA Reset

I haven't been able to log into my Bitget account for several days because I lost access to my two-factor authentication (2FA). I was previously able to log in successfully through the mobile app, but I currently can't log in because I can't access the 2FA code.
Despite reaching out to Bitget support for about 2–3 days, I haven't received any response. Even though I still have access to the email and phone number linked to my account, I'm getting no reply regarding a 2FA reset. This complete silence from customer support throughout the process is causing me serious hardship and creating a real sense of distrust.
I am requesting that Bitget carry out the necessary security checks, reset my two-factor authentication, and urgently provide the support needed to restore my access to my account.
