Bitget Copy Trading Liquidated My $1,000 Balance
I used Bitget’s copy trading service through a person on Telegram with the username @deepweebmert. This person allegedly collects money from people under the guise of investment and then uses trades opened through Bitget to intentionally liquidate the entire balances within seconds. I personally suffered a loss of approximately $1,000, and I believe that hundreds of other people may have been affected in the same way.
On July 26, 2026, around midday, a copy trading transaction caused my entire balance to be wiped out within a very short period of time. This person is still allegedly collecting money from people under the guise of investment, and because comments are disabled on the Telegram account, I am unable to openly warn other people about my experience.
I request that Bitget urgently investigate its connection with this user and the trades that were carried out, take the necessary security and compliance measures regarding this individual, and investigate the transactions in my account so that I can receive assistance regarding the losses I suffered.
