Kaffe Token Dropped Drastically, No Support from Bitexen

I invested in Kaffe Token, but its value plummeted from ₺50 to ₺3, completely independent of market trends. This has made my entire investment worthless. Bitexen provides no explanation or accountability for this drastic drop. Their platform has no statements addressing the issue, and when I try to contact support, I cannot find anyone to speak with.

The lack of transparency and communication is extremely frustrating. Bitexen’s system seems worse than other platforms, operating in a manner disconnected from the actual market.

I demand an explanation for the token’s massive devaluation and expect Bitexen to provide proper support for affected investors. Ignoring customer concerns like this is unacceptable. Please resolve this matter immediately.
