Bitay Coin Withdrawal Issues - Delayed Transfers to Ziraat Bank

I tried to withdraw funds from the Bitay Coin app, but unfortunately, the money didn't make it to my account on two separate occasions. On one occasion, an amount of ₺9,000 was meant to be transferred, while on another occasion, ₺11,000 was supposed to be deposited into my Ziraat Bankası account. The app successfully handles deposits, but I face difficulties when attempting to make withdrawals. Even though Ziraat Bankası promised round-the-clock transfers, they have not been completed yet.
