Binomo Deposit Debited but Not Credited

I made a bank transfer of 300,000 PKR from my HBL account on 3rd August to deposit into my Binomo app wallet. Despite the payment being successfully debited from my bank, the amount has still not been credited to my Binomo account. I contacted Binomo customer support and they informed me that my case was forwarded to the financial department. For the last several days I keep receiving the same reply, without any clear update, solution, or proper explanation about where my money is or why the deposit is delayed. I am requesting that Binomo immediately credits the 300,000 PKR to my Binomo wallet for this transaction, or otherwise clearly resolves this issue without any further delay. I am sharing the HBL transfer receipt that shows the completed transaction so that this problem can be investigated and fixed as soon as possible.
