On 10 February 2026, an amount of 3,679 was wrongly withdrawn from my real-money Binamo account and transferred to another beneficiary’s account. I did not authorize this transfer, and I do not know how my funds could be sent to a different beneficiary. After noticing the issue, I contacted Binamo customer support. They shared a “successful payment” receipt showing that the money went to another account number, which confirms that the funds were transferred out of my account but not to me. The transaction in question has the ID: a986bad0c95346fea8d59b20b1debc07. I request that the full amount of 3,679 be refunded to my own Binamo account and that this unauthorized transfer be investigated in detail so I can understand how this was allowed to happen. I kindly ask for a prompt resolution and written confirmation once the refund has been made.
