Binance Payment Completed But Order Never Delivered

I placed an order on medyabayim.com with order ID 94026*** on 16 June 2026 at 19:44 (as shown in my Medyabayim dashboard). I paid 0.4932 via my Binance account to Medyabayim’s Binance ID from Nigeria. Despite this, the order was never delivered, yet Medyabayim marked the order as “completed” even though nothing was received. As soon as I noticed this, I contacted Medyabayim both via WhatsApp and through the communication channels on their website. Each time, I was told that they would check and get back to me. It has now been 4 days since the payment and the order status was set to completed, and there has been no delivery, no cancellation, and no refund. The evidence in my Medyabayim dashboard clearly shows that the order was not delivered, despite being flagged as completed. Since Medyabayim has not been able to deliver the order and has not resolved the issue despite my repeated attempts to reach them, I request a full refund of the amount I paid, to be returned to my wallet on medyabayim.com as soon as possible.
