I Can't Delete My Bigo Live Account or Change Agency Despite Lack of Support

I'm a new broadcaster on Bigo Live, and I signed up through an agency. Unfortunately, I'm extremely dissatisfied with the agency’s behavior. They constantly interfere with my streams and offer no support whatsoever when I reach out. Despite this, I'm unable to delete my Bigo Live account, which adds to my frustration.

When I attempted to delete the account, I received an error message saying “invalid business license,” which I later found out means you can only delete your account if your agency status is officially verified. This was never clearly communicated during onboarding, and now I feel trapped in an unhelpful partnership.

I would like to know how I can switch agencies or permanently delete my account. As a broadcaster, I should have control over my own platform presence and the freedom to work with agencies that actually support me. Bigo Live must provide a clearer, user-focused way to leave an agency or delete an account. I request immediate help from Bigo Live to resolve this issue and allow either an agency change or full account deletion.
