Bigo App Games Not Showing on My Level 50 Account
I have been a Level 50 user on the Bigo app for a long time, but there are no game sections active on my account. No games appear in the app, and this issue has been ongoing for approximately six months.
When I contacted Bigo support about this problem, I only received a standard response apologizing and stating that the issue had been forwarded to the relevant team. However, despite the long time that has passed, the games are still not available on my account, and no concrete solution has been provided.
My Bigo profile ID number is 929617192. I am requesting that the games on my account be activated and that this long-standing issue be resolved.
