No Way To Cancel BetterMe
There is absolutely no way to cancel this subscription!!! And I am not the only one who struggles with this, I see other people have the same issue. I tried to contact via email and got ignored. In their instructions: you can see the button in your profile. No. I absolutely can't. When I try to do this, I only see 'Buy a new plan'. Is this a joke?? To buy a new plan to stop the current one, come on, y'all. This is nonsense. Please help, or I will take it further!!
Hi! Sorry for any inconvenience, we've never meant to confuse you. In order to manage your subscription, you need to log into the app with the email address and the password you used to sign up. After that, you can cancel the subscription in your profile. Please let us know if that worked. Kind regards, team BetterMe
