BetterMe Password Reset Error

Hello! I use an iphone and every time I try to change my password it gives me an error. Until now I have used a Samsung phone and I don't want to lose more days on my daily plan. I need to be motivated in order to find courage to work out. BetterMe has helped me with my diabetes and I can't afford losing a whole week.

"BetterMe has been deducting money from my account for three months, but I haven't been using the app at all. I've been sending emails for three months, but my membership hasn't been canceled. Nobody has been helpful. Today, they deducted money from my account again, even though I don't use the app. I want my money back, and I want my membership canceled. BetterMe is not providing any assistance, and there's no option to cancel within the app. Very disappointing."
