BetterMe Charged Without Consent - Not Giving Refund
I bought a 3-month trial period for a home pilates set from BetterMe, I didn't want it to be auto-renewed. I did not use the application because the Pilates set is very irrelevant and different in terms of fees from what they show in the advertisement. Today they withdrew money from my ₺700 card, made a subscription renewal. Even though I don't have such a request, they say that you didn't withdraw money in this way and on top of that, we can't refund it. I didn't use it because your service is very irrelevant to the advertising you provide. I ignored the money I gave by saying that self is not a program and I did not use it. We don't make money from the air. i want a refund of ₺700. I definitely have a refund request, you are not the decision maker on the company's side of the refund provisions. A consumer who has the right to an unconditional refund within 30 days in case of a service, product received, or lack of satisfaction in any situation. I'm not interested in your corporate excuses. If my refund does not arrive, I will also make my application to the necessary legal authorities.
